Janice N. Koontz of Maybrook, NY, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Town of Wallkill, NY. The daughter of Charles W. and Violet Zoeller Davis, she was born on March 31, 1942 in Goshen, NY. She was 71 years old. She is the widow of the late Robert Koontz.
Janice is survived by two daughters, Robin Protsko and her husband, Richard of Campbell Hall and Sandra Pepper and her husband, Mark of Maybrook, and four grandchidren, Richard, Brittany, Dakota and Cory. She is also survived by two sisters, Sondra Zoeller of Stone Ridge and Karen Davenport of Walden, nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Walden Humane Society
